Delete your ClaimX account
ClaimX by Nati Faraj (JF Digital Studio).
In the Android app
- Open ClaimX and go to Settings.
- Select “Delete all data” and confirm.
- If you signed in with Google, complete the sign-in confirmation if prompted. The app reports whether deletion succeeds.
Request deletion without the app
Email claimx1.com@gmail.com with the subject “ClaimX account deletion request”. Include your ClaimX player ID from Settings if available, or the email you used for Google sign-in. If you are a parent or guardian requesting deletion for a player, say so. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens or payment card details. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before deleting it.
What is deleted or retained
On a successful in-app deletion, the Firebase account and linked game progress are removed. For an external request, we will delete the ClaimX account and associated game progress after verifying the request. Purchase verification records may need to remain for transaction integrity, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations; we will explain any such retention in our response and delete records no longer needed. Google Play controls its own purchase history and cannot be deleted by ClaimX. See our privacy policy.
